Jason Thompson Baseball is proud to offer High Intensity Training. HIT strength, conditioning, and speed and agility programs will enhance overall athletic ability and success of an athlete. Unique programs following the Optimum Performance Training model will be designed to meet the goals of each individual athlete or group of athletes. The OPT model is a systematic and proven training method that separates all training programs into three different stages stabilization, strength, and power.

Programs will be conducted under the instruction of an experienced and knowledgeable certified personal trainer, which will ensure that programs are safe, progressive, and effective.
