Strength and Conditioning
 
 
 


JTB strength, conditioning, and speed and agility programs will enhance overall athletic ability and success of an athlete. Unique programs will be designed to meet the goals of each individual athlete or group of athletes. Programs will be conducted under the instruction of an experienced and knowledgeable certified personal trainer which will ensure that programs are safe, progressive, and effective.
