Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
This program is designed for all athletes in preparation for the fall sports season. Each session will focus on aspects of a dynamic warm up, core and flexibility, strength, and speed and agility.

Tryout Dates for 2015 teams

U9 - Sunday, August 10 1-2:30pm. Civic Center Park. 1827 N Squirrel Rd. Auburn Hills, MI
U10 - Saturday, August 9 10-11:30am. Civic Center Park. 1827 N Squirrel Rd. Auburn Hills, MI
U16 - August 10 10-11:30am at Jaycee Park in Pontiac.

Summer's over but not ready to stop playing baseball? Join the JTB Fall Baseball League! This is a great way to extend the baseball season into the fall months.

This highly competitive league is based out of Auburn Hills and runs from mid August until mid October. There are four divisions 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 and registration can be individual, partial team, or full team.

SUMMER CAMPS - View more information on JTB Summer Camps

These are all around camps and are for all ages and ability levels. Through the five days and twenty hours worth of instruction, players will have the opportunity to work with very knowledgeable instructors who will speed up a player's development and get them ready to move on to the next level.

Programs offered
Strength and conditioning and speed and agility.

All programs are designed to be advanced or scaled back to fit the age and ability of each individual athlete. Programs are instructed on an individual, small group, and full team basis. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Please contact Matt with any questions or if you would like to schedule a session.



Individual sessions - 45 minutes
One session - $60
Package of five - $270
Package of eight - $420

Small group (up to 4 athletes) - hour
One session - $110
Packages available for multiple sessions

Full Team (5 or more athletes) - hour
One session - $125
Packages available for multiple sessions
