Summer Strength and Conditioning Program
This program is designed for all athletes in preparation for the fall sports season. Each session will focus on aspects of a dynamic warm up, core and flexibility, strength, and speed and agility.
Tryout Dates for 2015 teams
Location: Chrysler Field
We are still looking for qualified coaches for the U8 and U9 teams. Please contact JTB ASAP for more information.
U8 - TBA
U9 - August 3 4:30-6pm.
U10 - August 2 4-5:30pm. August 3 3-4:30pm.
U12 - August 2 10-11:30am.
U13 - August 2 2:30-4pm. August 3 1:30-3pm.
U14 - August 2 11:30-1pm.
U16 - August 10 10-11:30am at Jaycee Park in Pontiac.
U17/18 - August 2 1-2:30pm. August 3 12-1:30pm.
(Additional tryout dates will be added if necessary)
